Having grown up in the United States Navy, Military families gain such valuable insight on moving and doing so as smoothly as possible. Relocation was just a way of life for Tracy & her family.
Her Father, USN Senior Chief David C. Chambers, was a lifelong career military soldier since the age of 17, who spent his life serving as a proud dedicated United States Navy SeaBee, Construction & Fighting Battalion, and had extensive knowledge in every area of construction from ground up, serving all over the world for over 25 years. Tracy grew up gaining a lot of this knowledge from first hand experience.
With this knowledge and experience, Tracy started in the late 1980s investing, renting and 'flipping' houses. It only made sense to have a career in Renovating, Basic Construction and Real Estate Investing, that eventually lead to gaining her education and real estate license, jumping right in helping other families relocate and find a home. She knows exactly what families goes through trying to learn about the area and where they will make their new home, making it as less stressful as possible.
Trust, integrity and knowledge are the foundations that Tracy's success has been built upon, in her life and her longtime growing career as a Real Estate Agent, Keller Williams Realty Franchise Co-Owner, Operating Principal, North Carolina/South Carolina Supervising Broker-in-Charge, and now a National Association of Realtors and South Carolina Association of Realtors Certified Licensed Mediator.
Tracy earned her South Carolina Real Estate License in 1995. Real Estate became her life career, instead of her much loved hobby, in 1999.
Prior to entering real estate as a full time career, Tracy’s had been in sales & management for over 15 years.
Tracy’s proficiency in real estate investing is what led her to opening, owning and runing two large successful Keller-Williams Realty Franchise Offices.
Opening and co-owning a very successful Keller-Williams Real Estate Franchise in 2002 with her partners in Greenville, SC, proud to say, the first Keller Williams Realty to open its doors in South Carolina, eventually lead to Tracy opening her second Keller Williams Franchise, as the founding and managing partner, located in Fort Mill, South Carolina in 2006.
